Mr. Boeschenstein has prepared and prosecuted numerous
patent applications in the United States and foreign
countries relating to inventions in the mechanical arts.
His practice has involved extensive work in connection
with antifriction bearings, wheel ends and torque
couplings for automotive vehicles, bearing seals, heat
recovery steam generators, pressure vessels,
architectural hardware, equipment for handling and
shearing sheet metal, footwear, aircraft and crushing
equipment.
Mr. Boeschenstein has extensive experience in connection
with the registration of trademarks here and abroad. His
practice extends into the licensing of technology and
trademarks and rendering opinions on patents and
trademarks.
