Professional and Personal Profile:
A long-time resident of St. Louis Area, Mr. Books accepted a
membership position with Polster,
Lieder, Woodruff & Lucchesi in 2003, after having been
with the firm as an associate since graduating from Washington
University's School of Law in 1996.
Currently, Mr. Books is a member of the Bar Association
of Metropolitan St. Louis, The Missouri Bar, and the
American Bar Association.
As a registered patent attorney since 1997, Mr. Books
handles patent prosecution and patent infringement
analysis for the firm, specializing in the electrical,
mechanical, automotive, and computer related fields. Since beginning his career, Mr. Books has
assisted clients in obtaining over 60 issued U. S.
Patents.
Outside of the office, Mr. Books is an avid equestrian,
competing at local horse shows and organizing various
annual equestrian events in St. Louis County's Queeny
