Professional and Personal Profile:
Mr. Randle's practice includes all aspects of
intellectual property law, including the preparation and
prosecution of patent applications, trademark
registration applications, registration of copyrights,
the protection of trade secrets and patent, trademark,
trade secret and copyright litigation.
Mr. Randle has successfully prosecuted numerous patent
applications directed to medical devices,
pharmaceuticals and medical diagnostic tests.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Randle practiced as a
registered pharmacist in both the retail and hospital
setting, specializing in geriatric medicine, drug
utilization and review, and clinical nutrition. He was
an organizer and the first director of a clinical
nutritional support service in a large community
hospital where he also functioned as a clinical
pharmacist, consultant and supervisor of a registered
dietitian and associated nursing staff.
Mr. Randle also has served as Assistant Professor of
Pharmacy Law, St. Louis College of Pharmacy, St. Louis,
Missouri. He has published a number of articles in
pharmacy journals and has lectured on intellectual
property legal issues, including patent law, protection
of trade dress and the copyright protection of
architectural works and plans.
